Emoze available on the Nokia N97

emoze-on-n97.jpgGreat news everyone, emoze (a client of mine) is now available on the Nokia N97.  We haven’t exactly had to wait long for them but I am pleased to tell you that it’s now ready for you to download.  I have been using it for a little while now and it’s fantastic.  It’s the best email experience you could ask for on a touch screen phone and you’re not going to compromise anything.  It’s wonderful and even if emoze wasn’t a client of mine I would still use them.

I currently have 3 email addresses being checked, my emoze work email (Exchange via OWA), my Gmail, and my work email from BrilliantExpos.   emoze is tightly integrated into the phone so there’s no funny quirks.

Anyways, if you’re interested in giving emoze a test run watch the video below, it will walk you thorough the very simple steps of installing emoze on a Nokia N97.

To download emoze go to www.emoze.com from your mobile browser.

  1. Hi,
I’ve been using emoze, and it works great.
But for N97, I can’t read my email on HTML.
It should, since my E66 works fine. It shows my email in HTML mode (defaulted)

  2. Daniel,
The N97 is an especially hard phone to work with. Nokia hasn’t been sticking to it’s regular standards and unfortunately emoze is having a hard time getting HTML email to work properly on the N97.

By the way thanks for reading my blog and good luck,
    Jeb

  3. hi,
i own N97, my prob is that when i install emoze i face prob with connecting it via wifi. even during setup if i try doing it with wifi it doesn’t work but with GPRS it does. once i setup email with GPRS then i can’t connect to mailbox if i try doing it with wifi, with GPRS i can.
wifi works like a charm with any other software & is on top in priority. plzz help i wanna use it as profimail isn’t freeware.

  4. Xee,

I don’t work with emoze any longer, I do know they were having some serious problems over the weekend.
One suggestion I have is to set up emoze on your N97 totally with GPRS and then once you have it up and running set it to only work on WiFi, but only once everything is all set up. Good luck.
Sorry I can’t be of more help.

    Thanks for reading my blog,
    Jeb

  5. Hello,
I set up Emoze for corporate email on my Nokia N79, and it always ended up defaulting to GPRS: AT&T Internet or wap.cingular, even though I was connected to WiFi. So, I deleted AT&T internet from the connections, but could never make Emoze work on WiFi. Any help appreciated.
