Charter Communications should be ashamed of themselfs

charter.jpegI have been a Charter Communications user for over 4 years now and I have never been fully happy.  But I have never been this upset.  In the last few months I have been barred from viewing my different websites and checking my email on and off.  It sometimes last a few minutes and sometimes up to a full day.  I’m sick and bloody tiered of this and each and every time I call I keep getting the same run around.  “We would like to help but you don’t use Charter email or the 5mb (or some BS like that) to host your websites.”  Basically they can’t help me and I just have to wait it out.  I have up to this point but after I get thorough the next few weeks with CTIA and the ITExpo I think it just might be time to switch to Verizon Fios.  I really don’t want the hassle but I am sick of Charters incompetence.  One of my biggest annoyances is that they rarely leave notes in my account so that they can look back and realize they need to not just feed me the regular rigamarol jibber jabber.

I hope Charter is listening and hopefully they will change their stance on customer service and maybe start using a real CRM (can we say Highrise, SalesForce or Zoho?).
